Delivery Information

All our products are delivered electronically

Upon purchase of a website or online shop product, you will receive a download file, which contains a Folder, Welcome Letter, and an information sheet, to provide us with all the information we need to build your website or online store. 

We endeavour to have the website ready for FIRST REVIEW within 24-48 hours after receiving the upload file from the client, as per the instructions of the Welcome Letter.

The online shop takes longer and the time for first review is determined by the options taken upon purchase.


Returns Policy Digital Joe Big Tree Shops

Unless otherwise stated on the item’s description page, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you need to fill out a request in order for the return to be authorised. Please find Returns in the Footer of the store or click here: RETURNS

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation, as well as instructions on how and when your purchase will be refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or certain items provided by a third party). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have through the RETURNS form or to contact us on 
hello@digitaljoe.bigtreeshops.com, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, as per our EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS, which will be sent when the return is accepted.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluated your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
